#202/365 Haven't done one of these in a while. This Sony Watchman used to belong to my father. It is much bigger than it actually looks. It was b&W and still worked perfectly till a couple months ago when the U.S. finally switched over to all digital. It's amazing how hi-tech this was then in a short amount of time we are walking around with iphones. Enjoy, have a great low-tech Tuesday.

The previous photo was just an introduction to the spectacle I witnessed – and the feeling is as if the Creator of the Universe was speaking to us in this way – look and feel that you are a part of it.
Like any good tourist, I had to take a picture of this historic monument. It's not anything too brilliant, or magnificent, but it is a quaint, even respectable landmark to commemorate Active World's narrative of when the world was born, and who was its first citizen. There's a bit more that would be interesting to know, such as who this first citizen was in the real world, and what their relation to Active Worlds was. Was this Cy person part of the team that created Active Worlds, or is this the first unique individual that signed up to become a citizen? A lot of questions, just from one statue and its simple homage.
Note: I have come to consider places like Worlds and Active Worlds as being open virtual worlds. These were the pioneers of virtual spaces on the internet, and among the first to quote Snow Crash, even begin to coin 'metaverse' and web3.0 in trying to explain what they are. Therefore, any group that, in a general sense, speaks of themselves as an open world, open life, virtual world, web3.0, or hypergrid, seems appropriate appropriate groups to add them to. After all, these virtual worlds were very much ahead of the game and developed a lot of the aspects that make up our virtual world experiences even to this day. Not only did they have teleportation to different regions, but to different servers, even without utilizing a hypergate, but simply by teleporting to that server, as long as you had that server's coordinates. If you don't agree with this definition, let me know, and I won't post these in your group.
Night falls over the Southern edge of the Cumberland Plateau. Crow Mountain is to the right with the Buzzards Roost creating its small plateau profile. Under this mountain stretches a few miles of cave known to some as Old Blowing and to others as Tumbling Rock. Clear and still nights offer a type of serenity. Slow is the pace here and the view is of the highest definition as the Moon races with the Sun in a seemingly eternal match with a forever moving finish line.

Downloaded the new Luminar app for iPad, so yes, the sky has been replaced and a slight increase in definition applied.
The price after a 7 day trial works out to a little over 50p a week.

Holiness, it said, is the state or quality of being holy; perfect moral integrity or purity, freedom from sin; sanctity; innocence, and the state of being hallowed, or consecrated to God.
Sanctification is being made holy, or set apart.
We can't achieve perfection in this life -- we will make mistakes -- except that we can have perfect motives, God helping us.

In my case, that potential isn't very good. Most of the time, I'm lousy at pool, but I enjoy the hell out of it anyhow. Especially when alcohol is involved.

I thought that I add a touch more motion blur to the LE using PS. I know it's quite extreme, but I like the style personally. It's abstract, but aesthetically appealing to me at least. Off out for a shoot now!
I rushed out just after uploading this. I can explain myself now: the reason I blurred it a little more was because there was some lovely movement and tones in the sea and sky, but there was just a tad too much definition. I tried half a dozen ideas about how to develop it before settling on this. I personally like the little fluffy cloud just off the headland.
