In Memoria
This special Caturday, our group is celebrating the beautiful cats that shared their lives with us.
Ozzie and his brother Squeek enriched our lives here for eighteen years. They were the very definition of sweetness, of beauty and of being a cat. I loved them as if they were my children and they were in a way as I never had human children of my own. I miss them so much and I am so grateful that these two adorable cats deemed me worthy of the love and devotion that they gave to me.

No definition tonight though I was tempted to add one to this shot. Perhaps I will do another "defined" version at a later date :-)
This is a Lancewood (NZ native) tree that grows in our garden, it has a long slender trunk and tuft of leaves at the top. It's probably about 3 -4 metres tall ( I am hopeless at estimating heights). The juvenile form is quite different from this, you would hardly tell it was the same plant.
I am going to be away for the next couple of days so I will wish you all a wonderful weekend now.

Apps: I used Photoshop Express to remove some haze, which gave more definition to the sky. Then overlaid that sky onto the original in Pixelmator. I used Lightroom to remove some noise, and finished with a frame in PhotoToaster.

This entrance to the Temple Mount is open only during the month of Ramadan and other special occasions in the Muslim calendar. However, thanks to a gentleman from the Jerusalem Islamic Waqf the guards were willing to open the door for few minutes and let a sun ray to penetrate through the half open gate into the vaulted alley of the Souq al-Qattanin.

A couple of weeks ago the leaves were starting to pop but now as you can see they are bursting into full bloom....high definition.

So, this is basically a word we made up and it describes the feeling when you are touched by something. Similar to "pulling heartstrings" or the saying that I learned from my parents: "Right in the feels!"

(Image taken recently with a B&W Analog roll film camera).
Very happy with the results from using Perceptol as the film developer. Was able to get almost no grain and high sharpness on my 35mm SLR. Great for printing large.
(Spanish): Muy contento con los resultados obtenidos al usar Perceptol como el revelador. La definition es estupenda y el grano casi no visible. Bueno para ampliaciones).
(Camera: Nikon N8008 + Nikon AF 24mm f/2.8 + Yellow filter).
(Analog Film: Kodak TMax 100 black & white Negative film).
(Technical Data: Develop on Perceptol @75°. Copy negative with a DSLR, then edit on Nik Collection Silver Effex Pro 2).
(Location: Palm Bluff Conservation Area, Osteen, Florida).
