Me at Deception Pass again.

As Deception Creek travels to join the Tye River it makes an abrupt right-angle bend as it hits a resistant rock layer. Most of the year when the flow is low it does not flow over that rock layer but in the spring it does and forms this small waterfall and pool. The white mist in the background is from the creek crashing into the rock layer.
