The tsunami occurred on Sunday, 26 December 2004. Hundreds of people were killed and several people specially those who were residing in the waterfront beach bungalows were affected by Maldives Tsunami.

I think everyone should start HPAD in December. It is SUCH an easy month to complete as there's so many pretty lights to photograph. January is such a dull, depressing and dreary month. It's a wonder any of us make it (photography-wise) to February!

Temperatures in southern Ontario have continued to be higher than normal through December causing some early budding on plants and trees that are normally dormant this time of year.

We keep this clock on the top of the TV in our dining room. Matt bought it for Tim last Father's Day. It's useful as it has a thermometer, so we can see how cold we are in winter!!
