In this series of construction workers portraits, Tooten transforms local and migrant workers who are often overlooked as anonymous into people with pride and dignity. Their life is always at risk during their work at building sites. Despite the hooded masks, these laborers suffer from dust, noise, pollution, and hardship.
For the Bangkok Art Biennale, Tooten’s portraits of construction workers are placed at public sights such as department stores and in high-rise buildings, as a reminder that the labor workers are the essential part of a system that built the Bangkok we are all living in today.

This picture sums up the dinner party I had this evening to celebrate the first Sunday of Advent: adult conversation, blurry kids. :)
i haven't uploaded a photo in awhile. a week or so ago i made christmas cookies with my mom and we always make christmas trees with green frosting on them! they are one of my favorites. the cookie is just a sugar cookie, nothing fancy. we usually put sprinkles on them for the light bulbs but we decided to not do that this year because we don't like that crunchy taste when we are eating our cookies.

Cow's can definitely steal your soul, look into it's eye! It could do it, if it wanted to.
As I stood taking the previous photograph "Hills and Houses" a whole bunch of cows wondered into the field and up to the wall I was standing next to. They definitely wanted to steal my soul. So I took a photo of the one that came the closest.
