When she invited me to Prom, this was not exactly what I thought she had in mind. Next thing I knew she had me dressed in one of my favorite prom dresses and with heels on then Blindfolded, gagged and Hog tied. Not sure how long she set the timers for, but I was there a while to think about her next move. There certainly was no escape. Best Prom Ever!!!
Dating back to 1762, The White Swan in Leeds began life as the Swan Inn, a traditional pub with a singing room that would eventually give rise to one of the city’s most treasured theatres. Under the stewardship of landlord Charles Thornton in the 1800s, the upstairs room evolved into “Thornton’s New Music Hall,” later renamed the “White Swan Varieties,” and finally the City Palace of Varieties—now the iconic City Varieties Music Hall.
Today, The White Swan operates as a gastropub run by Leeds Brewery, popular with pre-theatre audiences and locals alike. With a nod to its showbiz roots in its décor, and outdoor seating on the cobbled street, it remains a proud part of Leeds’ cultural and historic fabric.

IMPORTANT NOTES: These shoes were sold in 2 packs--there were six variations in all (see my photo of these shoes boxed for reference). While some of these shoes are similar to ones that were packaged with fashion packs, the only pair that is identical are the pink strappy shoes located in the second row (the third pair). They are also packaged with the 2015 Tulle+Denim=So Cute! fashion pack.
PERSONAL FUN FACT: Holy Bratz shoes Batman!!! Yep, I really did end up buying ALL the Bratz #ShoefieSnaps sets that were released in 2015. Originally, I wasn't planning on buying any, since there were also 2015 fashion packs which included shoes. But once I realized that the 2015 dolls have smaller leg pegs than previous Bratz molds, I began to consider purchasing these new shoe packs more seriously. Toys 'R' Us ran a 50% off sale on all their Bratz stuff sometime in November 2015. Immediately I prioritized fashions and shoe packs....but I also got some dolls too. I knew that later on, these things would probably sell for an astronomical price on eBay. Plus, I can always use Bratz shoes, and you can fit these onto older Bratz if you soak them in hot water. There are many pairs featured in this photo, so I won't talk about them all, just the highlights. Firstly, the green, drippy looking pair on the bottom left corner is the most unique. They kind of look like something a Garbage Pail Kid would wear...or maybe a Bratz daughter of Oscar the Grouch. My second favorite pair is located above this green pair. I adore the light blue, furry booties. These are reminiscent of Monster High Abbey, a Cave Club doll, and of course those stupid looking furry ensembles Bratz are notorious for wearing! The light pink studded pumps on the right, as well as the sneakers below them are also some of the notable shoes from these sets. However, despite the fact that I do have favorites, I tend to use the more versatile pairs on display!

My son's first "date" to see "The Nutcracker." It was the sweetest, most romantic date I've been on. They secretly bought each other gifts from the front lobby. When my son gave the gift to his girl, she was so excited & her little clear slipper shoes were swinging so fast (since her feet wouldn't touch the ground). Sooooooooooooooooo sweet!

Because Zoo Duisburg was building a new enclosure for the tigers El-Roi moved to Emmen Zoo for a year. He was impossible to photograph in his enclosure and fortunately in the last month the zookeepers switched jaguar Rica with El-Roi. So he was better visible in Rica's enclosure. He hid himself behind branches and leaves, but at least I have made some pictures of him. :)
