She was not in the mood for being a cat-model. My friend Wolf made the capture more beautiful in Photoshop. Just a little darkness but it's difficult to mada a good capture of my soulmate. She's an oldy and so pigheaded..pfff!

I don't recall ever seeing those empty pods on the branches. For some reason I got very excited and had to take this picture.
I call them my friends, but if you want the truth, we have a love/hate relationship. I won't name names, but some are just better to me than others. And while I don't like to discriminate, I really can't help my anger when some decide to hang out with soo many other people and don't allow me to come along. Then there are the many nights I've waited for hours them to even show up! And then on weekends, they're just fucked up all the time...it's just really immature.

I was earlier this morning and sunrise was a couple of minutes later than yesterday, so I was well on my way to work when the sun came up. This was the exact moment that it peered up over the horizon, and suddenly poured that outrageous golden light over everything.
My assigned lens for today was the 10-22mm.
