Picked up the car at the train station and drove to quartet rehearsal with some special cargo in the back.
First day back to Kindergarten after a 3-week break. Clara handled the morning much better than I thought she would.
Me and Chria? Not so much. One of these days we'll figure out how to get all of us out of the house efficiently, right?
This a gotham City Police Department car. This was in a parking lot in downtown Chicago where they appear to be filming the new Batman movie.
The other day we had the most beautiful sunlit fluffy white clouds scudding across the sky all day, so I was all, "Oooh, I'm gonna walk to work tomorrow with the red filter and shoot this crazy sky in black and white!" And, of course, the overcast sky rolled in, and I was stuck walking to work just with the lensbaby. So today I got up early again because the forecast was for "partly cloudy", which has potential to be sunlit puffy scudding clouds, right? Well, I got wispy action clouds in the morning, and puffy non-scudding clouds in the afternoon at the farm, so it wasn't the score I was hoping for. But it was still fun, and that red filter is CRAZY, man.

I had meant to walk to work last week to get a picture of the artful streamer of litter along the side of the road -- this is apparently a whole roll of day-glo orange stickers that say "$1.99". It was really elegantly arrayed last week, but, alas, I didn't manage to get a picture of it because it rained the day I wanted to walk. So now that I was able to get out with the camera, the draping is looking quite a bit more beaten-down and, frankly, rained upon.

The shortest 60km/h zone in the universe. I wonder if you could speed up to 60 in the 3 meters between signposts?
