It was raining and I was bored so I tried to capture the rain on the window this one uses the sky as background colour.
The rain finally let up around here so I had to take a few raindrop shots. Sorry for the flood of nature shots, but I have been really inspired by all that spring is offering up! I will get back to the regularly scheduled program soon.;-)
Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek. I hope you all know that I appreciate your comments however, awards and invites aren't necessary.

Today I was free, so Hendrix & I talked about it and decided it should be a Bay Day! We packed up our things and headed down to Crown Point, blue skies and sunshine, it was pretty much perfect! We happily made drip castles, I read a little of my Bill Bryson book and we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Deep under the cliffs on the north east coast line are the remains of two railway tunnels, forgotten and abandoned. The Kettleness tunnel and the Sandsend tunnel lie silent, except for the perpetual drip, drip of water from the air shafts that echo through the dark. The line opened on the 3rd of December 1883, closing in 1957.
Our entry to the tunnel was thwarted by poor planning and gross incompetence, and involved a very miserable plan B (not the musician) featuring a lot of drizzle and poor mobile telephone use.
