I really do not understand this but it blows my mind. There seems to be a graffiti war in Chile between the Nationalist Punks, who have taken the Swastika as their symbol, and the Anarchist Punks, who paint crossed-out Swastikas. It's unclear to me who, or if both groups, tagged this wall. "Los de Abajo" means "Those from below."" "los de Abajo is a fan group for the soccer team of the University of Chile.
