this woman was lovely, although she was beside herself trying to get everyone re-booked and, when that failed, vouchered. i already knew there was no way to get out that night so i was rather (a little) patient. my legs still hurt. this phone call was her trying to get more agents to help out the people, who'd now waited in line about two hours.

After failing to find the appropriate grill replacement items at Lowe's, we traveled to Home Depot in Kapolei, only to find out that they were out of what we needed, however, the HD in Pearl City had 10 in stock and they were $7 cheaper a piece. So, we made our way over and were pleasently surprised at the service we received. So yes, I rang the bell (I prolly would've rang it had I received shitty service because it's rather funny).

RDU Guest Services Ambassador Lucy Castillio assisted a Bahamian citizen with a passport issue after an airline turned them away due to a percieved error. Lucy contacted the Customs and Border Patrol office at RDU an arranged for an officer to escort the customer to the airline ticketing counter to have the issue resolved. The customer made their flight on time.
My notebook's power adapter failed yesterday afternoon, made me in trouble, canceled my plan to upload yesterday's photos. Customer service asks me about 1-3 days to fix that adapter. All makes me slow down handling my playground on Net.
