Vehicle Highlights

The 2009 Dodge Charger gets more available V8 power and a few new features. This large car shares its basic design with Chrysler's 300 sedan. Dodge's Magnum wagon, which also shared the Charger's basic design, has been discontinued. Charger comes in four trim levels: base SE, mid-level SXT, sporty R/T, and high-performance SRT8. All are rear-wheel drive, and all-wheel drive is available on the SXT and R/T. SE models have a 178-hp 2.7-liter V6 engine and a 4-speed automatic transmission. Optional on SE and standard on SXT is a 250-hp 3.5-liter V6; a 4-speed automatic transmission is standard with rear-wheel drive while AWD versions have a 5-speed. R/T models get a new version of Chrysler's 5.7-liter Hemi V8 with 370 hp, an increase of 30 hp over 2008 models. R/T has a 5-speed automatic and Chrysler's Multi-Displacement System cylinder deactivation. The SRT8 has a 425-hp 6.1-liter Hemi V8 and a 5-speed automatic without cylinder deactivation. Available safety features include ABS, traction control, antiskid system, curtain side airbags, and front side airbags. Optional on the R/T is the Road/Track Performance Package, which includes 20-inch wheels and performance suspension. The SRT8 has unique suspension tuning, as well as specific interior and exterior trim. Newly available on the 2009 Dodge Charger is Chrysler's uconnect multimedia suite, which can include a wireless cell-phone link, 30-gigabyte hard drive for storing digital music and picture files, and a navigation system with real-time traffic information.

WageWorks, I hate you.

Send me a survey and give me an opportunity to provide feedback, but only give me a *250 character limit*. Seriously, WTF? No nice little character counter that lets you know how many you have and how many remain; no prompt that you're over; no error message with how many to reduce.

Sometimes Customer Service means helping with things that aren't under your typical job description.

I've been getting mentions on spammy semi-nude pictures lately. I reported them, and then looked at the forums and saw that people have been complaining about this for the last month. What I was interested getting some explanation of where they thought it was coming from, what they were doing, etc., other than just "we're working on it," which is all I came across on the forums. What I got back was this very unprofessional reply.

From Consumer Guide Automotive (http://consumerguideauto.howstuffworks.com/2006-nissan-murano.htm) -

Vehicle Highlights

Minor styling and equipment changes mark this car-type SUV for 2006. Based on Nissan's Altima sedan platform, Murano is a five-passenger wagon with no third-row seating available. Models are S, SL, and SE. All use a 245-hp V6 and a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). The SE's has a manual-shift mode that mimics preset gears. All models offer front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The AWD system lacks low-range gearing, but a console button can lock in a 50/50 power split for extra traction up to 30 mph. ABS is standard. So are front torso side airbags and curtain side airbags with rollover deployment. All models have a rear liftgate with fixed glass. SEs come with a firmer suspension and xenon headlamps. An antiskid system is available, as is a navigation system and DVD entertainment. SL and SE include a rearview camera. Steering-wheel-mounted audio controls are illuminated for '06, and all models get revised grille and exterior trim.

We were recently given a stuffed toy from Saje, as a gift. The toy came with a scented, clay-filled pouch that could be heated in the microwave to keep the toy warm. On the second attempt to heat the bag, it burst in the microwave. I called Saje to ask if I could buy another one and was told that I could just come into the store and I would be given a replacement. When I arrived, the woman I had spoken to on the phone wasn’t there, but the new woman took care of my needs, no questions asked, and I ended up purchasing a second toy, for our other daughter. It was given a new ribbon, to distinguish the two toys, and I left happy.

If you are a new Australian, a recent graduate or a professional with years of experience, it has become increasingly difficult to secure a customer service or call centre role. Most advertisements in this field receive scores of applications for the selection panel to wade through. Can you put yourself in their shoes? If you saw a mediocre cover letter, resume or key selection criteria responses, you can see how easily your submission would be thrust aside. That’s why it is imperative to have your cover letter, resume or criteria responses professionally written and designed by Public Service Resumes. Be proactive and do your best to make that happen, call right now.

Skills that are valued for call centre and customer service employees are excellent verbal communication skills, good levels of computer literacy, ability to think on your feet, as well as the being a team player. If that is you, great! Federal roles within the Australian Public Service (APS), as well as roles within local council and state government, include titles such as Team Leader, Support Centre Operator, Customer Service Officer, Inbound Contact Representative, along with a selection of others.

Your resume needs to include your relevant and transferable skills, without being too long or too short. Additionally, the content needs to be set out in such a way that it easy to read and in logical order, otherwise you will appear incoherent. Are you familiar with those aspects of resume writing? To secure a customer service – call centre role, requires that you hit the mark, showing that you are worth an interview. The Public Service team of experts can design and write your resume in a masterful way. A way that will get you noticed. Why wait?

This is an E-3 body I just got back from Olympus Customer Service. My complaint was about a tilted viewfinder (details) and I also ordered a FS-3 gridded focusing screen. Sure, the FS-3 was installed and indeed it looks really nice, however the viewfinder tilt was *not* fixed and now the mirror has a fingerprint(!) on it ... I am lost for words.
