The original Jeero I bought has a red spot on his eye that won't come off. This in no way affects his 'play value' but made me think he looked like ice bat popped him in the eye. I emailed Pretty Ugly, LLC with a pic and mentioned perhaps the head eyeball painter might want to know. An email apology was followed up with this morning's delivery. This company obviously takes their product very seriously! Thank you Pretty Ugly, LLC!!! Not to worry about Bloodshot Jeero......he will soon be residing with a charming 5 year old I know that just got a new baby sister yesterday:)

I had some laptop trouble around March this year. Dell kept sending new parts to try and fix it; pictured above are three motherboards, an LCD screen, a new processor, and a new RAM chip.

They don't lack for zeal when it comes to service, but unfortunately the issue was a very weird one; the laptop had to be sent to their service center and I had to use a replacement for a few weeks. The issue took a couple of months to resolve.
