WageWorks, I hate you.
Send me a survey and give me an opportunity to provide feedback, but only give me a *250 character limit*. Seriously, WTF? No nice little character counter that lets you know how many you have and how many remain; no prompt that you're over; no error message with how many to reduce.
hate hate hate hate hate!!!!
Sometimes Customer Service means helping with things that aren't under your typical job description.
I've been getting mentions on spammy semi-nude pictures lately. I reported them, and then looked at the forums and saw that people have been complaining about this for the last month. What I was interested getting some explanation of where they thought it was coming from, what they were doing, etc., other than just "we're working on it," which is all I came across on the forums. What I got back was this very unprofessional reply.

At Willis Honda we like to have fun with our special sales events. So when Halloween season rolled around we really took dressing up to heart. Our office was filled with witches, ghouls, Batgirls, and more. Napolean Dynamite even made a special appearance!

We were recently given a stuffed toy from Saje, as a gift. The toy came with a scented, clay-filled pouch that could be heated in the microwave to keep the toy warm. On the second attempt to heat the bag, it burst in the microwave. I called Saje to ask if I could buy another one and was told that I could just come into the store and I would be given a replacement. When I arrived, the woman I had spoken to on the phone wasn’t there, but the new woman took care of my needs, no questions asked, and I ended up purchasing a second toy, for our other daughter. It was given a new ribbon, to distinguish the two toys, and I left happy.
