This is what they do when you have a severe case of bleeding diaper rash - strap a Dixie cup to your butt and run oxygen into it. No, the tube is not up his butt... the tube goes just inside the cup... the cup is there to hold it in place an inch or so from the affected area. :-)
David did not appreciate the butt cup at all. Saturday was a rough day.
NOTE: I forgot Friday's picture at home... Friday's news was "buh-bye to the NG tube!". It's hard to see in this pic, but the NG tube is gone. He's on 100% oral feedings now.

This nickel plated brass, telescopically collapsable compact drinking cup for cyclists is marked Patd. Feb 23, 97 Made in USA. The cover is stamped with a couple riding along a river on a tandem.
