I discovered this book because of... flickr =)
It's cool because there's an instruction on every page what you should do with it. Sounds like huge fun!!

Guys, I feel like everything I've uploaded in the past couple of days has been complete and utter rubbish!!! No creativity or ideas... Sorry!
Plus, I'm feeling rubbish myself. Yes, again. Oh well... What a surprise :)
If I had black bin bag, the shot would have been much more interesting... :P
We're all still growing up. Maybe by the time this little man can fill his daddy's shoes, I'll feel like I'm worth of being deemed a grown up.

I started using a vector illustration app called inkpad recently, and
so far, like what I see. Drawing with vectors is more like building a
sculpture than sketching something, but I like how crisp the results
end up. I don't spend that much time at a traditional computer
anymore, so when a great creative app comes out for the iPad (from a
proven developer) I am excited to try it out. I look forward to some
more features, like path joining and merging shapes, and expanding
text into editable paths.

I had a chance to visit the 2015 Phoenix Comicon - wow - it was impressive, amazing, and huge! It was a visual assault on the senses. So many people in costumes everywhere - for every person I shot there were 2-3 people I missed. The Comicon was scattered between a very large convention center and several hotels so I definitely got a lot of exercise trying to take it all in (which is impossible). Everyone was so gracious about shooting with me, a big goofy photographer.
I loved the energy and creativity people put into their costumes - many of them home-made. I hope I make it back for the 2016 event.
I took these photos at the end of May 2015 in Phoenix, Arizona.

The S4 Craft & Design class are now using this site as their primary source of teacher/peer review and feedback. Observations on work in progress will be made by Mr. Jennings on a regular basis. Comments from the class will be encouraged and moderated by Mr. J. Comments and tags will be altered over time to better reflect the content. Given the massive quantity of paperwork generated by classes in the department this would appear to be the most efficient feedback mechanism.
After Friday night drinks... (I think it's a new member of our team or maybe I just have to buy another for the lunchroom at work...)

Study of the day:
"Comment !
Tu as encore besoin du théâtre !
How !
You still need the theater !
Are you still so young ?
Be reasonable and seeks tragedy and comedy where they are playing better ! Where everything happens more interesting and more interested. While it is not easy to remain a spectator, but learn it ! And in almost all situations that will appear difficult and painful you will find a way to the joy and a refuge, even when you will be beset by your own passions. Open your theater eye , the great third eye that looks at the world through the two others.
( Friedrich Nietzsche - Aurore, Pensées sur les préjugés moraux - 1881 )
