Creative Experience in Barcelona with Barcelona Cooking.
A family from Washington DC, a young couple of reporters from Mumbai, a professor from Quebec and an Italian journalist took part in a cooking class in Barcelona. After discovering the shopping secrets at the singular Boqueria Market they then experiment with the authentic recipes of the most famous spanish meals: Gazpacho, Sea Food Paella,Boquerones with Romesco Sauce and Catalan Cream. Our new itinerary for 2022 spends time in the Chianti hills around Panzano-in-Chianti, visits Siena and then has a few days around Colle val d'Elsa - finishing with a magnificent dinner at the two Michelin star Arnolfo Restaurant. Wonderful walking in the rolling hills of Chianti, delicious food, charming hotels, a fun cooking class and lots of cultural highlights along the way.
