One of my new favorite cookies, these are delicious and very easy to make. Recipe can be found here.
Zutaten:
1/3 Tasse Sojamilch
2 Esslöffel Leinsamen (geschrotet)
2/3 Tasse Brauner Zucker
1/3 Tasse Öl
1 Teelöffel Vanilleextrakt*
3/4 Tasse Mehl*
1/2 Teelöffel Zimt*
1/2 Teelöffel Muskatnuss*
1/4 Teelöffel Backpulver*
1/4 Teelöffel Salz*
1 1/2 Tassen Haferflocken
1/2 Tasse Rosinen
Zuerst Sojamilch und Leinsamen in einer Schüssel durchrühren. Danach Zucker und Öl hinzugeben und gut durchmixen. Im Anschluss Zutaten mit "*" hinzugeben und nochmals mixen. Abschließend Haferflocken und Rosinen unterheben. Mit Esslöffel Cookies auf mit Backpapier ausgelegte Backbleche geben. Etwas flach drücken. Cookies bei 180° C (Elektroherd, Heißluft) für ca. 15 Minuten backen. Aus dem Rohr nehmen und fünf Minuten liegen lassen. Im Anschluss auf den Rost legen und ganz auskühlen lassen.

Neapolitan cake
-Chocolate cake and white cake with strawberry whipped cream in between, iced in vanilla buttercream with dark chocolate shavings around the bottom, dark truffle chocolate poured around the top, strawberry whipped cream on top with chocolate curls and wafer cookies.

Nutty Dulce de Leche Thumbprint Cookies adapted from a soft sugar cookie recipe rolled in chopped pecans and almonds with Dulce de Leche in the center drizzled with melted chocolate
Get a baking tray. Lay out Keebler's Fudge Stripes Cookies fudge side up. Place a giant marshmallow on top and gently smoosh to make it stick. Toast until marshmallow is golden. Take out of oven and gently smoosh another Fudge Stripes Cookie on top. Voila~ Easy and delicious cookie S'mores!
These cookies placed second in The Gazette Holiday Cookie contest. The peppermint was a great compliment to the chocolate cookie.
