We recently got a used pressure cooker from a friend. It got pretty beat up in transit. The control panel/display was broken off and the base was pretty smashed. I took it apart and repaired it and it seems to be working great now. We've tried cooking black beans in it as well as rice.

There are a lot of rental properties around here, and this cooker appears to actually have been in use until very recently. Now piled up upside down alongside other waste, presumably waiting for a free council pickup (gotta love a nanny state, eh).

budget friendly slow cooker. a thing that insulates any small pot that you have, and allows the content to stay warm. perfect for simmering food. no danger of it burning. also saves energy and therefore money.

This was the porch area in the back of the pool house - top level. Two stories in the back only one in the front where the pool is located.

Thomson vitroceramic cooker with hob (3 vitroceramic and 1 halogen) and oven.

About $10, a bit flimsy but well designed, and it's hard to believe

anything could be even simpler than an electric rice cooker but lo!
