bg-'s lentil soup

realised I had everything I needed so threw it all in the slow cooker this morning. Kids ate it, and it used up the last onion/carrots ahead of the new shop, and lots of lentils.

By default, I always have rice cooked up. It's my staple. I eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. With anything from eggs and bacon,to steak, pork chops and vegetables. Even if i'm lazy, i'll eat it with ramen noodles. It's one of the few foods I consistently make an effort to "cook"
