ok... so I really don't need two of 'em. I just think they are cool.
They also make great over fire ovens for cedar plank salmon.
Flimsy plastic, but adequate for the job. Needs to be handled gently I
suspect. I have tried it once, in the small microwave oven, and it
performed well enough. More practice needed cooking different kinds
of rice and in various quantities. So, more on this later.
The lid unscrews into two pieces for cleaning.
I've been putting it off.
All I have to do, when I've used the cooker, is wipe it over with a damp cloth.
So why don't I ?
So far I've spent 2 1/2hrs cleaning.
Hopefully soon it will be 'good enough'.
