The bulkhead sitting on the chassis, but not secured yet, and the front suspension being reassembled. Once complete with steering it will allow me to put the engine back in. This side has yet to have the front hub, backplate and drum fitted. The otherside looks complete but currently has no brakes fitted.

Collection Day and the first time I had seen the car 'in the flesh' after only seeing the odd photo of an obscured car draped in covers.
American Convertibles recolour of the Matchbox 2016 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible and unlike most in this series it appears to be a new colour rather than recycled from something much earlier. A shimmering metallic white gives this casting an extra clean and crisp edge which highlights its minimal but neat tampo detailing.
A series which I believe was supposed to be exclusive to the US though some overstocks have begun to appear at XS Stock.

1960 Corvette Convertible built by HiTek Hot Rods. This is a replica Corvette offered by HiTek Hot Rods. This particular vette has a 383 small block Chevy, Tremec T-56 6speed, custom 2x4 box tube, 9" Ford Housing, C4 front suspension, Billet Specialties Legacy 18x8, 20x9.5, BF Goodrich 235/35/18 and 255/35/20, 13" Baer Brakes, DuPont Chromabase custom mixted HiTek Red and custom interior. A rare Ford Zephyr Convertible (conversion). According to an article on Wikipedia, there are only maybe 20 or 25 examples known to have survived, from a production run of 8911. Seen at Southsea Bus Rally 10/6/01 (June 10th 2001)
