This is a shot of a 1936 Cord Convertible taken at the Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg Museum in Auburn, Indiana. This museum has a lot of great cars, mostly Auburns, Cords and Duesenbergs, but they also have several other classic cars in their collection.
This shot was taken with my digital Olympus E-3 but I was using my old non-digital Zuiko 50mm f/2 macro lens. I like the overall composition, but the image just isn't as sharp as I would like. I blame the photographer, not the lens. In my defense, this car does sit on a rotating platform so I was shooting it with a shallow DOF while it was moving.
If you are ever near Auburn, Indiana and have an interest in classic cars, I highly recommend visiting. In addition to the cars, they have some great information about how these cars were designed including original clay models, sketches for hubcaps and speedometers, etc. Very photographer friendly.

Beautiful color combination. This was taken at 1992 Atlanta MCA show. I believe this was in the breezeway at John Bleakley Ford while I was Saleen shopping. It was a bit out of my $ range at the time. I had to settle for a hatchback. I'm pretty sure it is a 1990 but could be 1989.
