A "simple" project from the Alabama Chanin books was actually the most difficult to sew. I finished them over my morning tea before doing anything else today, and felt inspired to have a photo session. Self portrait with the help of the timer and a tiny tripod.

An attempt at "Elizabethan boudoir photography". I am wearing my newly completed Blackwork trimmed Elizabethan smock.
