Welcome to the life of an accountant. The weather is crappy and I'm stuck inside so this is what you get for Connections. This is one of my two Hi-Speed USB 2.0 Mini Hubs which I use to connect lots of different apparatuses to my computer. I'm laughing because my computer looks like an octopus. But hey......at least I'm connected !
OSC2 ~ Connections
50018 Resolution begins to accelerate away from the Axminster stop on 1st July 1991 with the 16:22 Exeter to Waterloo service, which the Southern National Bristol LH, 3310 (AFJ 730T) in the foreground, working Service 31 to Bridport had been awaiting. Passengers who made the connection would have quite a characterful journey with first the Class 50 and then the Bristol LH, both being quite an audio experience, this bus type also having quite a unique ride. As an additional connection there is also a red phone box, mobiles hadn't quite made it at this date iirc.

My connection is your connection,
The sun that I love, dear, is turning inside.
Falling is under the things that I wonder,
The light that I bring, dear, is bringing its sight.

I think everybody has a special light. Every time we get connections with others, a little bit of their light will be ours.
We are the result of all lights we met, this is what makes us special, and we carry a little bit of everyone, all over the world.
This is for my friend Billy.
His light will be forever IN you, his light will be forever YOU.

Whenever I bake I think of my dad who was a French Canadian. He, like myself had a love of food, cooking and baking. His pies, especially his Tourtiere (French Meat Pie) was the best, I won a blue ribbon for his recipe. I will make one for Christmas Eve. That was a tradition when I was growing up. I'm preparing my (Thanksgiving) Pumpkin Pie crust in this photo. It's all assembled and now in the oven and I will post a photo of it after we come back from our lunch date :)
I upgraded the neck connection on my Micro At-At from the original hinge joint to a ball and socket joint today. The new range of motion with the head is almost unlimited so he will be able to convey even more emotion!
It's a very easy upgrade that can be accomplished with:
2 - 2x2 plates
1 - 1x2 plate
1 - 1x2 plate with ball (14417)
1 - 1x2 plate with Ball Receptacle (14704)

The fascinating thing about macro photography is how it reveals new and complex worlds that you never knew about.

Grandfather,
Look at our brokenness.
We know that in all creation
Only the human family
Has strayed from the Sacred Way.
We know that we are the ones
Who are divided
And we are the ones
Who must come back together
to walk in the Sacred Way.
Grandfather,
Sacred One,
Teach us love, compassion, and honor
That we may heal the earth
And heal each other.

The French Connection was the nickname of a forward line that played for the Buffalo Sabres of the National Hockey League from 1972 until 1979. The line consisted of Hall of Famer Gilbert Perreault at centre and All-StarsRick Martin and Rene Robert at left wing and right wing, respectively. All three players were French-Canadians from Quebec: Perreault from Victoriaville; Robert from Trois-Rivières; and Martin from Verdun, Quebec. The name referred both to the origins of the players and to the 1971 movie The French Connection, based upon the book of the same name.
Statue is in front of the KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York.

human connection - hard to come about or come across. We all need someone not just to say “yes” as if they don’t speak our language but try to fit it in. Or nod. As if they understand us. We all yearn for connection when someone understands the “crazy” side of us because he / she is just as drunk or high on something in life as we are. And that’s what makes our inner world full or empty.
