I subdivide each piles into smaller groups. This process is fun because I see unexpected new connection between cards. "Connector Card" describes the contents of group. Put Connector Card on top of a group, and bundle with rubber band.

There is always a battle to find a good object. Sometimes it becomes grey, monotonous even miserable too! This was an overlooking chapter for sure as it can’t be visible in static condition even from a little distance. While flying, you can only feel and apply your follow through technique to find it. But the fact is that these guys have nearly enough surveillance capacity. My eyes should have been remaining foggy if it didn’t fly from one branch to the other. Despite my lots of doubt, my interest level was started to align with it for at least one shot; but who knows its next move would have been leaving a potentially loving consequence. Truly it was the most glamorous campaign – finally!!

Sé que es una foto muy cliché, pero me gusta. Tenía la idea de las mariposas hace tiempo, pero ninguna de las fotos que había tomado me convencía, hasta esta :).

Espero que les guste, y tengan un buen dia .

‘‘Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn’t really do it, they just saw something. It seemed obvious to them after a while. That’s because they were able to connect experiences they’ve had and synthesize new things. And the reason they were able to do that was that they’ve had more experiences than other people.’

For the Macro Mondays theme of "Plugs and Jacks" I chose the three phono sockets at one end of a cable that connects our DVD player to the TV. At the other end sits a scart socket.

This is a blend of three exposures. The first exposure is lit from the left hand side by a torch which was covered in a Blue gel. Exposure number two was lit from the right with the torch covered in a Red gel. Finally the third exposure was backlit by the torch covered in a Green gel. I tried a version with the Red and Blue exposures reversed but it looked better with the Blue on the left and this maybe because the cables are Red in colour.

I reduced the shutter speed to 20 seconds for the backlit exposure but the two side lit exposures were both 30 seconds.

The three exposures were imported into Photoshop and then stacked together with the blending modes of the two upper layers set to lighten.

Not perfect but just a little fun.

There is no greater reward to the end of a week and the beginning of a new to feel rejuvenated. Today, connecting and haveing a bit of meditation walk in the forest was the trick to feeling refreshed. How has your Sunday been?

Inside the city, it's easy for residents to connect and work together. Outside in the forgotten zones however, things are very different. There are small groups eking out an existence, separated from each other by disaster and ruin. In order for these folks to get what they need, they need someone to connect them. Someone to find them, and report back to the city to ask for help. They may not directly deliver goods, or shuttle people to distant locations, but the service they do supply is invaluable. Without them, many people would never be able to make it on their own. Despite otherwise being law abiding citizens, the activities of these "Connectors" are highly frowned upon by the establishment of District 18. While they find it easy enough to control a closed population, the outliers pose a potential threat to their authority.

While I built this purely for fun, I'm still planning to enter it in the District 18 Speeder Bike Contest. There are so many great designs being entered, it'll be fun to be part of such a terrific group.

A day of out on the streets of Cardiff yesterday for some photography, specifically to take abstract pictures of this hotel currently under construction. The Project Manager even stopped for a chat and explained various aspects of its construction.

The grid like pattern of the windows reminded me of the classic Connect 4 game.

CONNECTOR is one of the largest and most advanced subsea installation and construction vessels available in the world, capable of operating down to 3,000 metres water depth. Connector has a proven track record of installing power cables, umbilicals and risers using its two heave compensated offshore cranes, removable lay systems and two turntables with a combined total pay-load
