My new gaming headphones - just a cheap set of Ozone Spark cans which cost about £23. They are pretty well made for the price though and teh sound quality and comfort is good.
GameStage@AEC is a series at the Ars Electronica Center Linz dedicated to multifarious aspects of computer gaming. It’s produced in cooperation with Gamecraft, a Linz gamer community, Radiated Pixel and the Upper Austria University of Applied Science’s Hagenberg Campus.

A team of student computer game developers from the University of Salford has impressed judges at the national final of a global student technology competition run by Microsoft.
Third year BSc (Hons) Computer and Video Games students Warren Burke, Erik Le Good, Robert Harrison and Lewis Markey, who together with three fellow undergraduates make up computer games company Triple Ox, scooped the runners-up award at the Imagine Cup UK final with an entirely new genre of game based on ‘speed running’.
Flatliners is a first-person game in which the player aims to run between two locations in a surreal alternative world in the quickest time possible while fixing cleverly-designed game glitches and exploiting built in ‘cheats’.
Blue Castle Game’s Creative Director Jason Leigh and Level Designer Josh Bridge answer questions after presenting on ‘Dead Rising 2’.

Full page colour advert for 3 Deep Space by Postern from Personal Computer News Issue 30 from 1983. This was a 3D shooter from the legendary Mike Singleton, best known for writing The Lords of Midnight and Doomdark's Revenge. 3D glasses were required, supplied with the game, and of course you needed a colour TV!
BioWare Lead Cinematic Design Armando Troisi elaborates on his talk in an interview. His presentation includes a look at Mass Effect 2’s Save Game Import feature, “one of our uber-features,” with 700 plot hooks carrying over from the first game to the sequel.
