Trying out unusual composition in the city

So I've got 3 pictures. This one (the original) is divided in half. Another, I think places the pier better (but loses the yacht), and the third includes the yacht, but loses some of the dramatic cloud.

Not sure which is best, or whether there is yet another option there somewhere
