Shiro Avengers Finishing Powder Always Angry by Indie Know

From the website: For when you just want to SMASH, while keeping your complexion flawless! Translucent green-tinted powder helps counter the appearance of redness caused by sunburn, rosacea, uncontrollable mindless fury, et cetera.

This powder is suitable for all skin types, but recommended only for use on reddened areas. Includes silica for diminishing fine lines and imperfections, and rice powder and kaolin clay for oil absorption. Do not use on lips.

Ingredients: serecite mica, rice powder, kaolin clay, silica, chromium oxide, iron oxide.

Personal Comments: This is a really cute creative touch from the Shiro team - a green finishing powder inspired by the Hulk! The formula is beautiful, which isn't surprising given the good reviews I've read about the brand's "normal" finishing powder. It's downright silky on - even on my dry skin, I can feel the difference between skin where I've applied it and bare skin, and it doesn't look powdery at all.

Let's talk about the color, which is intended to cancel out redness. For reference, I am quite pale with warm (yellow) undertones, roughly NC15 in MAC and Sleek Korat in Meow foundation. My skin is very dry and has a lot of natural redness, including red undereye circles, a few red pimples, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Needless to say, I was excited to try this product! I tested it on half of my face with no other products to get a sense of what it did on its own. It did seem to help neutralize some of the inherent redness in my cheeks, but didn't seem to do much for my undereye circles and red pimple. I dusted the powder over the rest of that half of my face as well just to see what happened, and as you'd imagine, I looked a little green. I was kiiiiind of able to blend down the green color in places where I overapplied it, but I think using a light hand only in red areas is the best method here.

I'm undecided on this product. I'd like to test it more in conjunction with my normal foundation routine. What I do know, though, is I will definitely be picking up a sample of the brand's white finishing powder. If the formula is just as good as Always Angry, it'll be a jar purchase for sure!

Kristin adds: I agree with AG. Usually green tinted products are a brighter green shade so that it not only cancels out redness but also has a brightening effect (since the red shade is also probably a bit darker than your normal skin tone). I thought that this finishing powder did a good job at canceling redness but the grey in the powder made the areas much darker and was difficult to blend out. This would probably be best for people with very slight redness and when applied with a very light hand.

Carlos approaches me, he is Brazilian and has a smooth golden complexion and soft brown eyes. He has the confidence of man who is comfortable in his own skin.

He knows I am a photographer and he leans in conspiratorially and whispers... “Do you want to go inside?”

My eyes light up. He places a finger to his lips and winks at me.

“Not yet. We will wait a few minutes more until it is a little bit more full.”

he says and then he wanders nonchalantly away.

The balloon in front of us is almost entirely yellow. Like a great growing beast with its mouth yawning towards us.

I look across to Carlos to make sure he hasn’t forgotten me.

“A couple more minutes.” he mouths back to me, winking again.

Carlos leads us between the basket and the network of ropes that attatches it to the balloon. He holds the ropes apart as we step through and enter the vast yellow cavern. It’s like standing in an enormous circus tent.

Stan and I both take a shot simultaneously.

“I win.” says Stan, gloating.

He has the fish-eye on his camera and I am limited by 24mm. I just can’t compete with that. There is no point us both shooting, so I let my camera drop to my side and pose for a few frames instead.

still some life around the festive street market in Princes Street Gardens as I walked around today, lot of families out at the nearby temp fairground and ice rink too, making the most of the last weekend before the kids all go back to school on Monday. This candle stall shot came out not bad considering it was a freehand shot at night, I liked the light on the skin of the woman in the stall and thought it was worth trying a shot, dark or not, had feeling if it worked B&W would be right for it

Jarawas are the indigenous tribes of Andaman Islands. They are short, black in complexion, reddish eyes and from what I observed, clay-smeared. Civilization has not yet touched this part of the world. Their present numbers are dwindling, and are estimated at 250–400.

Career

Dhang, an Ilocana, was born on August 25, 1980 in Roxas Isabela, 5'3" tall,weighs 120lbs, with good body posture, and with fair complexion.

When she was 16, they moved in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija to study highschool at Araullo University. Dhang studied at University of Baguio for 1 year shift to AMA Computer Learning Center at Cabanatuan City as Designed and Programming so after her graduation day in 1999, she worked for a difference company, before going on to sales, and later on indulged herself in Fusion Excel which according to her "is a very interesting, adventurous and an enjoyable career".

Knowing her, she’s just a user of Quantum pendant for almost 1 year. And according to her, her monthly period is irregular; it took 3 months before she had that monthly period.. Even her mother who suffer rheuma since she was in Hong Kong working as DH. Her mother knob her fingers and can’t stand alone when she’s awake from sleeping even when she was sitting down on the chair. And her father got 3 times stroke and suffer vertigo. His balanced not very well. And her father wanted to lying down on the bed all throughout his life and wanted to rest in peace. They become a user of difference kind of medicines, herbal and those who introduce a new product that will fit on their sickness they bought it hoping to give relief on their sickness.
