However the staff took an interest, and checked all of the labels, and even the tin the jar is filled from. They are all labelled 'Complexon'; it appears that the manufacturing company chooses to spell it this way. Or that no-one ever checked it ...
With a wig from Shopoholican and sandmatting from me, she's looking much prettier. I haven't touched her makeup yet, but I did manage to keep her eyebrows when I sanded!

Women are surrounded by many pressures from our society and the media. Girls worry about imperfections, complexion, height, weight, eating disorders, and fashion rather than succeeding in the real world with their studies. I sometimes find myself spending more time trying to be “pretty” when I really should be worrying about my next test. We vision our expected body image and try to get like that. This is Katerina; a hip Latin chick. Her hair is dark brown felt with pigtails, and her complexion is cafe on leche (light brown). She has a pretty white flower with embroidered detail on her hair that she picked in her abuela's (grandmother's) garden. Her dress is white with a colorful design and striped accent with decorative stitch. She has a new feature--full skirt ready for dancing merengue, her favorite music. Her face is delicately painted. She has big emerald green eyes. Her dancing shoes, which are removable, are soft light brown felt.
Katerina measures 17 inches and is stuffed with poly-fil.

This is one of Aidan's shots. He also took one of my butt-- didn't think you'd like to see that. Needless to say, in the original photo I am sans makeup. Pre-digital-camera-Maggie would never have allowed this photo to be taken. Not to worry!
