Beijing, 4 December 2007 - Following successful charity drive throughout the years, IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) properties in Beijing have joined hand again to provide a caring hand for the children’s education by organizing the 3rd annual ‘Cuisine for a Cause’ culinary competition, with over 30 chefs and mixologist took part in the showcasing event.

Her 'mermaid' necklace is a tangled mass of twisted and hammered metal strands punctuated by glass beads and pearls.
Hammered silver spirals and swirls contrast with silver and tinned copper wire crochet strands.
Lustrous aqua tint blister and rice pearls offset the sparkle of faceted blue and green glass beads.
The aqua green swirl focal bead is caught up in a mesh of wire crochet and fastened by a hammered silver spiral into an asymmetric clasp.
Metal and bead woven into a soft encompassing mesh.
Thenecklace is based around a crocheted mesh of silver wire (silver plated and tinned copper) and fastens with an asymmetric focal bead handformed clasp. Two strands comprise wire crochet and seed beads. The remaining two strands comprise individually handformed and hammered silver-plated wire spirals and swirls, joined by wired pearls or glass beads.
Necklace measures approximately 20 inches long.
She also created a matching cuff and earrings.
The Birchfield Harriers Young Athletes Open meeting was held at Alexander Stadium Birmingham on Sunday 23 April 2023.
This event attracted some 600+ athletes.
The Alexander Stadium is a World Class standard International athletics venue located in a park setting to the north of Birmingham. The stadium was home to the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games opening and closing ceremonies, as well as the athletics competition. Alexander Stadium has a long standing history and partnership with the world-famous Birchfield Harriers Athletics Club who are based at the venue.

So tonight I decided to take full advantage of the fireworks display in town. Southport has undergone millions of pounds of redevelopment over the years and most impressive of these is the bridge seen in this photo. The shots taken were of the finale of the competition.
Note to self; wear gloves and bring tea!
