My new Indian friends, Sween and Rup, at an African Pub and restaurant in Nottingham an experience they never had before. They had a feel of African food and drinks as seen behind us.
The Suburban Warrior Challenge III: Sand Trek kettlebell competition involved a 2-Mile hike in the sand while carrying a weighted backpack and a kettlebell. At the .5-mile mark, participants stopped and performed 100 push ups. At the 1-mile mark, participants performed 100 kettlebell snatches. At the 1.5-mile mark, participants performed 100 kettlebell clean and presses.
The Division I Men's Competition involved exercises and a weighted backpack containing a 53lb kettlebell. The Division II Men's Competition involved a 35lb kettlebell. The only Women's Competition involved an 18lb kettlebell.

After a match between Attia Abd El Ghafar of Egypt and Hamad Al-Behaih of Qatar, Attia, who lost the game, went to Coach Ali Hamede of Qatar for comfort. Coach Hamede said the bocce players from the Middle East-North Africa region became friends during the games. Volunteer Marawan Sayed of Egypt cheered both players.
U.S. Army Soldiers, assigned to Multinational Battle Group-East, participate in a multinational pistol competition on Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo, June 21. The Snake Nebula (also known as Barnard 72) is a dark nebula in the Ophiuchus constellation. It is a small but readily apparent S-shaped dust lane that snakes out in front of the Milky Way star clouds from the north-north-west edge of the bowl of the Pipe Nebula. To the right side of the Snake Nebula is found Barnard 68, Barnard 69, Barnard 70, and Barnard 74.
Thomas and Evon Cooper International Competition for Violin finalists are Christina Jihee Nam, Johan Dalene, and Qing Yu Chen. Dalene won the top prize; Nam and Chen shared second-place honors.

I spent the weekend photographing my daughter and her teammates at their national competition. I'd freak if Maeve got tossed into the air this high. This is her teammate Megan and she really flies!
