16x20 watercolor painting. I really liked a photo by D.B. Morton and asked if I could use the photo as a referent for a watercolor painting. I'm happier with my painting than I expected so thank you! I might add that I forgot to take a picture of my painting before I put it in a frame so this isn't the best photograph of my work. Here is the link to the reference photo www.flickr.com/photos/pizota2005/7019416703/in/dateposted/
Bill rides through the city on his way to work every morning on his Montague Swissbike TX folding bike.
Commuters stream towards the car park at Didcot as 50 034 Furious prepares to depart with 1C67, the 1825 Paddington - Bristol Temple Meads. Pretty sure this was an HST substitution (it looks like an all 1st class set), but the Inter City sector had ceased most use of Class 50s nearly 2 years previously. Also 50 023 Howe had worked the same service the previous night which was reported as vice an HST

The N&W Orland Park commuter train at the Dearborn Station annex, 9-76. The photographer was kind enough to step across Clark St. and fit the station headhouse and clocktower into his shot. The headhouse and clocktower survive today, although the former trainshed and railyard areas are now condos and park space.
I rode this N&W trainset once, but not on a trip to Orland Park; on 9/28/79 I rode them on the "Valpo Dummy", the former Penn Central commute service to Valparaiso, Indiana. The NW service had been upgraded to some newer equipment and the cars shifted over to the Valparaiso service as an "upgrade" for the even older coaches that had been in use.

This is the COMMUTER,hope you like him and thanks again all of you for taking the time to view and comment! Always appreciated and I enjoy reading them .
Cheers :-)

Altamont Corridor Express (ACE) F40PH no. 3105 is seen curving through San Jose with train 02 to Stockton. Though the older rolling stock still bears the older "Altamont Commuter Express" name, the railroad officially rebranded as the Altamont Corridor Express in December 2012 to reflect plans for a broader scope of service.
Having departed the western terminus of GO's Milton Line just a few minutes prior, GMD F59PH 563 is already up to track speed as it screams up the Hornby Dip on CP's Galt Sub at Milton, Ontario. As a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic, a number of GO's Milton Line trains have been reduced from their typical twelve-car consist down to six. Requiring less motive power than the former, a handful of these venerable GMD workhorses have been assigned to a route usually dominated by their modern and ubiquitous successor, the MPI MP40PH-3C.
A late evening Kildare bound commuter service ( leading Arrow railcar 2612) heads southbound on the Dublin - Cork Mainline north of Sallins in it’s original “Arrow’ 1994 launch livery.
The 2600 Class is a type of diesel multiple unit operated by Iarnród Éireann, is used mainly for short-haul Commuter services. A total of seventeen individual railcars were constructed by the Tokyu Car Corporation in Japan and delivered between 1993 and 1994 for use on the commuter service between Dublin and Kildare. At present the entire class is based in Cork, and is used on local services to Mallow, Midleton, Cobh and on token services to Tralee.

ODC-Journey
I captured a couple of journey takers in this photo. The commuters heading into work and the birds traveling from one place to another.
Now saved! Was previously sitting here between 2018 until it was bought last month, hopefully this doesn't get bangered.
One of Tri-Rail’s BL36PH locomotives leads Miami bound local through Boca Raton with a nice matching set of Bombardier commuter cars. In the background, an Approach Medium aspect is displayed on the distant signal to CP Pineapple.

The flower is a Michigan lily. That may be a sweat bee, such as Augochlora pura. When I zoom in it appears that the bee is green and the yellow may be pollen on the bee.Seen at Irwin Prairie State Nature Preserve.
