Offroad commutes everyday. I <3 dry weather.

Mine on the right (note the beautiful curving lines). Rob's on the left (walking!?).

Great Lakes Naval Base, Great Lakes Illinois. This bridge is a favorite of mine because no matter what time of year it is, it looks great. In the winter this is the usual scene, the fall has wonderful trees turning many colors and of course the spring and summer have the new colors coming in. The sailor walking across the bridge was unplanned. I had already taken one picture but since I was shivering so bad I had to re-do it. When I saw him coming I waited until I thought he was in the perfect spot.

The N225 is part of my daily commute route.

The more or less structured chaos at both sides of the road is fascinating.

Monday. The dog had the better idea, but some things must be done.

Part of a slide show for the morning commute, some of them are slightly blurry. This is down to seeing things and snapping them quickly, with no time for focus let alone anything else. And of course they are taken on the move so allow a little room for that.
