This is part of a bronze sculpture at St. Pancras Railway Station in London. The Bronze is by Paul Day. It is one of a number of small casts, situated around the base of 'The Meeting Place' Statue on the main platform concourse......

Thanks very much for visiting.

Take care out there.....

An off peak commute by ferry in Sydney can be very seductive.

It's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years.

EXPLORE ( place 452 7/18 ) 7/19 1.am monday

I was doing my weekly walk to the office from the station when I was taken by the light over London Bridge, highlighting all the hustle and bustle of the other commuters. A rare moment with no traffic except for a lone cyclist seemed to highlight how busy the walkways were. Canon EOS 6D & EF 28-80mm f/2.8-4.0L

My walk to work for three months. Then I'm out in the open again, wondering every month, where the money comes from... Exhausting.

What a difference a Year Makes

This was December 2019 , commuting in the dark and seeing the dawn rising . as the LUAS tram passed over the M50 motorway. I have been Working From Home . since late February , this year has gone in a blur of unexpected events and lots and lots of isolation. I don't know how I feel about commuting anymore. It seems like something from a bizarre Sci-fi film now :)

We are good at adapting !

Seen in Enfield, very impressed at his style and speed.

Back in the late 90s we lived on the Olympic Peninsula and Robert commuted on the ferry every day. He worked in Edmonds. This was shot from the shores of Edmonds this morning at day break. That's looking across Puget Sound at the Kingston landing with the Brothers in the background.

Last commute a few weeks ago and looks to be at least May and probably June before I make the trip again. Be well.

Oh the joy of transit on a wet and dreary January commute to work. The saving grace? At least today was Friday :-)

開始我們的夢之旅

Despite lower temperatures I try to go to work by bike as often as possible... I meet geese, storks and hares instead of crazy car drivers. These graylag geese are part of a bigger flock that I see almost every day.

So many people in Portland Commute to Work on Bike's.
