With globalization, comes better communication and integration. Our world is slowly and surely turning into a world where cultures and ethnics are becoming more integrated. It is no longer a world where segregation dominates. People across the world communicate, people closer to home group together despite the difference. If we think of each culture and race as a different colour, the colour we wear –as citizens of a global country, would be one that is a blend of all colours. The blending of colours and faces show this integration, with each face representing a different culture. The colours blend together to show that communication has affected the global cultures, as one culture constantly influences another through its citizens. I attempted to emphasize the eyes and mouths in order to show communication as people while communication with each other face to face, we would make eye contact and speak.

Scavenge Challenge - Assignment for March is COMMUNICATION. This is a broad topic, and subjects could be as diverse as television, books, a Morse code key, fiber-optic transmission cables or any other means we use to communicate thoughts and ideas. That said, there are a couple of additional requirements for your end-of-month collage:

1) one or more colour images

2) one or more black-and-white images

3) one or more close-up/macro images

4) one or more high-contrast images (dark blacks, bright whites)

5) one or more shots post-processed in a "vintage" style

Please note that some images may fill more than one category, e.g., you could have a vintage high-contrast black-and-white close-up. I'm sure you can have fun with that!

Para los niños es muy importante el reconocimiento que se hace de su trabajo. La fotografía digital tiene la posibilidad de la inmediatez, pues nos permite vernos e imprimirnos al instante para trascender al espacio del periódico mural donde muchos más les reconocen.

I thought art directors and copywriters in the advertising business were experts in getting the attention of customers without begging or shouting but being creative instead (attraction economy versus attention economy)? I'm clearly missing something receiving this e-mail from Creative Club of Belgium, the largest organisation for art directors and copywriters in Belgium.

They spam you with mails, use large typefaces, lousy copywriting and put in commands that I won't even use for my dog*.

Creativeclub, you aren't any better than an average company with terrible communication skills. Thereby I give you the "Worst Communication Award". Because after all, it's all about awards and egos in advertising business.

This event took place in June 2015, in Enashipai, Naivasha, Kenya. It gathered demonstration project managers from all six IWRM AIO SIDS participating countries, as well as representatives of project implementing and executing UN agencies. The participants were trained on how to improve their communication skills. They also exchanged experiences with staffs in charge of similar projects in other regions of the world.

ODC - Communication

During the early 19th and 20th century telegraph poles were used to stretch thousands of miles of wire through which we communicate with. Today the only poles I could find are power poles. This one is rather small compared to some of the big steal giants that are used.

Heartwarming communication in the couple...

Communication: These two haven't seen each other in two years (see their goodbye photo from two years ago in the comment). They want to get married one day!
