Maldives Independence Day: July 26.
Maldives Customs Service Building lit up with multi coloured lights to mark Maldives Independence Day, 2007.
Honest it is.
We walked around a courtyard that is part of the royal palace and I saw a window that reflected a part of the palace in an interesting way. It was close to sunset (around the same time as the photo of Vesuvius) so the colours were nice and orange.
Was messing about, didn't want to upload them all so made them into a montage.

Am Eingang zur Grabeskirche in Jerusalem.
Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today...
Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace...
You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one
Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world...
Took a few trips to this spot to get any reasonable light , well worth it though as it's not often we get a decent poppy field here in Cornwall
