Card Text (transcribed from postcard): 'Murphy's' has grown from a one-room oyster restaurant to its present commanding size and capacity, throwing out a tentacle across 8th St. in the process, it has recently attached to itself a new body, called 'The Annex.' The cuisine and serve at this famous hostelry have gained for it an enviable reputation. It is the recognized political headquarters of Virginia's solons.

I sold off a large percentage of my collection 4 years ago (though it is still huge I suppose). Here you see Viz Video Promo Clings, 1985 TopSun set (the VERY FIRST SET of Pokemon cards), a little book in the center left of the picture holds rare tokens and coins. I also see Southern Islands binder, Happy Birthday Pikachu (JPN), and the Grand Party holo.
The Nea Smyrni chapter of E.O.N. (the Greek national youth organization, similar to Hitler Youth) in 1938.

This photograph is from the collection of Barry Howard, who was an electrician at local coal mines such as Hebburn No. 2 and Northern (Rhondda) Colliery, and at Saxonvale Colliery. Mr Howard has very kindly permitted us to to publish these photographs on this website for the benefit of researchers and for those who served in the mines and their families.

Postcard image of Neo Faliro, early 1900s. Postcard with undivided back, issued by the Global Postal Union.
The postcard was posted from Chania, Crete using a Greek stamp.Although Crete had a degree of independence since 1898, and its parliament announced union with Greece in 1908, it was not until 1913 that it was formally part of the Kingdom of Greece. The postal franks (front and back) appear to give the date as 1907, which is odd.

The Feuerle Collection is a non-profit organization in Berlin founded by Désiré Feuerle and Sara Puig in 2016.It hosts exquisite, early Imperial Chinese stone and lacquer furniture and Chinese scholar furniture from the Han Dynasty to the early Qing Dynasty, from 200 BC to the 17thC, juxtaposed with early Khmer sculptures from the 7th to the 13thC, and international contemporary art by Zeng Fanzhi, Nobuyoshi Araki, Anish Kapoor, James Lee Byars, Cristina Iglesias, and Adam Fuss.Located in a former Second World War telecommunications bunker that has been renovated by British architect John Pawson, the institution encourages a conversation between different periods and cultures, and offers a new perception of ancient art.As part of a 7,350m2 space, The Feuerle Collection has two main exhibition halls, a Sound Room, a Lake Room, and an Incense Room.

I thought it would be nice to post a pic of my top 10 favorite monster high dolls. But as I was going through my three storage bins, I kept pulling out more and more until I realized that I am no longer capable of picking out a top ten. Maybe if I thought about it harder, I could narrow it down.
I keep thinking about selling off some of my collection but I cant even choose a top ten. Then I think about maybe narrowing it down to three dolls per character....but I cant do that either. They arent on display and I feel guilty about owning so many dolls that just sit in a box in storage. I keep thinking if im not enjoying them now why keep them? but then I open the boxes and fall in love with them all over again... There was a point when I first started collecting that I could have picked a top ten and kept my collection at that, but I am no longer capable.
