My third set of collage scraps. I have enough for two 30 piece packs. This is pictured lying on the bed of my printing press, not carpet.
Crap! They're gone already. That was fast!

Collage Dreams a one-of-a-kind artist book that includes 20 handmade collages. Each is made entirely from the contents of postcard booklets dating from 1910 to 1950. A book is now available that includes all the collages. Some of the images are also available as prints via my website.
Collage of close up shots I took of hot rods at the 2010 Pacific Grove Good Old Days parade and festival
This collage was created as a response to a project set by my local photography group...being critically analytical about southampton and its consumerism. This is more of a concept, not a finished piece! inspired by a photo of a magpie i took in southampton...the magpie was playing with litter trying to get to little bits of food. It was quite sad to watch.
The birds eye view of people at Costa Coffee, subtly echos the underlying meaning of public consumption and how it just gets thrown on the floor and is then picked up by animals like this magpie. Another meaning here is the fact there is one magpie, old wife tale....it has been said that one magpie means sorrow.
Recently excavated good ol'fashioned scalpel and glue collages from my college days. Photoshop wasn't really available thank goodness!
