I couldn't wait any longer I just had to get out for a walk. LOL
A visit to the Arboretum was just the thing.
The sun was just coming up as I drove across College Ave. I thought I would be too late but the sunrise waited for me ;-P
The Michigan Central Railroad once had a yard North of Niles, MI. Little of it remains. Besides the round house, there is this cold storage building. A look on Google shows that the roof is missing and trees are growing inside.
Photographed on Kodak Tri-X 400 using a Nikon F3 and the Nikkor 43-86mm f/3.5 lens with a Wratten 15 deep yellow filter. Developed in Kodak HC110 B.
The new year has started out very cold here suppose to stay cold at least ten days.
Ivan has made it back home he has had five stokes now they have found two more blockages in the back of his head and they told him if he smoke another cigarette it could kill him the doctor said he didn't know how he was still alive . He is on new meds plavix which 200 dollars a bottle and zocor but we are not sure how we are going to afford it because he has no insurance but we will manage some how he is also on the nicoderm patches for smoking which he is doing pretty well so far. I will try and visit when I can.
