Soon it will be grass munching and squirrel chasing season.

Shot at Dam Square, Amsterdam. Was wondering if it was really cold or just comfortable...

A wet cold run, earlier today. No one in the forest but me and ten billion raindrops.

This pumpkin had been on our patio since Thanksgiving. In March we had a rare Texas ice storm. When I went out the next morning, this is what I saw in a sea of white.

Zacuto’s Cold Shoe Handle is the perfect way to add a top handle to your run and gun DSLR kit or your DSLR camera. This is a perfect match for our Target Shooter or Striker kits or if you are just shooting with a Z-Finder Pro. The handle is ideal for low-mode shooting and easy transport of your camera. It secures to the camera’s hot shoe with a cold shoe mount. The Cold Shoe Handle mounts to the hot shoe based via Zacuto’s quick release Z-Rail system, allowing you to leave the base on the camera and remove the handle with the flip of a lever. The handle can be slid left or right on the Z-Rail to balance the camera’s center of gravity. Zacuto dovetail accessories are adjustable to work with Z-Rail, NATO, SWAT, RED, PICATINNY, and WOODEN CAMERA rails. The Z-rail is 3” long and can be turned with the cold shoe at 90 degree angles so you can set the handle pointing any direction you like. The handle can connect to the Z-rail backwards or forwards.

The rod running through the handgrip is threaded and can accept rod extensions or a Zacuto Z-release mount like ourT-Mount or Tri-Mount to add lightweight accessories such as a microphone or small light.

Christmas Day 2010 saw the Bollin frozen to the maximum extent for the winter. It was certainly a cold spell and I don't suppose we shall see anything like this for the next few years.

Took a cycle round to Lindores Loch on this cold, but sunny morning to find the loch had a thin covering of ice. The frost was still hanging around where the sun hadn't reached.
