My plan was to make an igloo out of tiny ice cubes, but it seems it's impossible to get a tiny ice cube tray in the UK. Plus, it's very cold, and I'd rather stay inside in the warm and play with sugar and flour.

Proof of iglooness is in the comments. No adhesives or supports were used, just gravity and friction.
