Crop top danger

This summer, I embraced the crop top for pairing with higher waisted bottoms. I didn’t think about how cold that exposed skin would feel in the winter.

For my last day in Anaheim, I started the day in an outfit that left me cold in the middle. Before my evening flight, I changed back into the outfit I wore for my flight a few days prior.

Well i finally managed to get this weeks theme done and dusted after a lot of coldness indeed! I woke up this morning and bore two hours of this so i could get a good shot which was funny as wherever i went there were people watching me! Damn you people!! :)

Anyhoo, i had a few ideas of what to do, but in the end i chose this shot as i think the stark reality of being alone with nothing but the openess of nature gave the best impact. After all, we are only human and can only cope with so much.

Now i have to catch up with all your work as i have been slacking, and then i have to get things ready for work, even if it is a foot of snow outside! :P

P.S. i deliberately left out my black border this time as i wanted the image to melt away into the screen like it wasn't even there.

Weather has taken a U turn in Bangalore and it's become cooler now while the rest of the country is still battling with the scorching heat. While I would like to definitely sip on a hot soup here, I made this cold and refreshing Mango Cantaloup Orange Soup for my dear ones who are looking for recipes to beat the heat and spend minimum time in the kitchen. This soup takes just 10 minutes from start to finish and no use of gas makes it even more summer friendly.
