A very "cool" effect created by dew, mistral and cold weather last december...
I have been waiting for a few minutes until the rising sun lined up with the horizon and started to change the conditions and melt it down.

This is the Fairbanks Alaska Fire department taken in the ice fog with the temperature hovering around 40 below zero (minus 40 blow zero is the same in Fahrenheit and Celsius) The sun is out and the sky is cloud free.
One effect of the extended cold is known as cold soaked were everything exposed to the cold including structures such as this become frozen.
This effect creates some challenging but rewarding images, this image was taken to use as an example of how it effect colors.
