I was asked to take some publicity shots for Bar 1806 in Exhibition St, Melbourne. This is one of the coolest Cocktail bars in THE WORLD & it has the International awards to back that up! I love it for the intimate atmosphere & great location in the heart of the Theatre district.
I thought this might be a good shot for you to start your weekend with - have a good one! TGIF !

Our first weekend in Wakefield.
What a brilliant weekend we had too!
Friday night we went for something to eat at the Calder and Hops before going across the road to an 80s themed video shop called RBT Video.
If you know which video to ask for, they let you into their secret 80s themed speakeasy cocktail bar!
It was amazing. Great music, lovely cocktails, and we met some lovely people in there too. A cracking evening!

Saturdy in Lincoln. Lawson''s restaurant is so good that, despite hving been there for tea the night before, we alsp went for lunch the next day and I had the same thing - the divine beef blade with horseradish mash, followed by amazing sticky toffee pudding.
On the evening we were booked into the secret speakeasy Vice & Co where we met a lovely couple Sarah and Stuart.
Ater that we went on the the Strait and Narrow, then to Home nightclub for a dance on the light-up dance floor.
A brilliant night!

While Elizabeth was in town for Christmas break, she brought her "Breakfast at Tiffany's" getup, and we had a little photo fun, including some shots at Heritage. Several more on the way from a session at the home "studio" once I get my film back.
Cocktails with work friend Lucy at Bar 38 Portsmouth. Following football 30th January 2016. My cocktail was of course a non alcoholic Shirley Temple while Lucy enjoyed a Long Island Iced Tea.

Fredau is a Dutch model that I've always wanted to work with.
When the opportunity finally presented itself, I was struck with the question where I'd do this shoot.
An answer to that question soon came when I was sipping a nice cocktail at one of my favorite places in town for such delicacy .. HPS ! A friend of mine joked that I should do a shoot there, and the next day I decided to shoot the gents an e-mail if I could use their bar.
Luckily, they said yes ! And a few days later we did the shoot.

Congratulations! You've done a masterful job of setting up your very lovely lady with a luxurious DayBed at Aria's LIQUID Pool Day Club. So now before you take off on your Canon EOS camera safari up-and-down the Vegas Strip, you should stop here at the luxurious Lobby Bar for a nice frosty cocktail to get you off on your adventure. You won't be alone in the Lobby Bar. There will be other sportsmen waiting to get off on their adventures too. Wave 'Hi!' to Michael Jordan and his morning golf buddies waiting for their limousine ride to the golf course. They too have learned the importance of getting well hydrated for the coming sport. So go ahead and order a frosty Mango Margarita or two or three from the very lovely cocktail waitress. Life Is Good Here!
Before you leave on your camera safari, be sure to check your camera gadget bag and make sure you didn't forget your spare camera battery as well as your Polaroid filter and your fancy new f/1.0 18mm Canon EF Wide Angle lens. Do so because one never wants to go off half-cocked. Can You DIG It!
