Two images uploaded today. Same negative, same printing session using Moersch Easy Lith 25+25+950. The only difference is the paper used. Here I used Agfa Brovira grade 4
I retraced some of my steps recently and took some of the same shots I had taken in the fall of 2007. This is a similar angle, but through a new lens and older eyes.

Silver Birch that reminded me of the farm on the M62 where the motorway divides to leave the farm on an island in the middle.
As was typical before homes had electricity, the kitchen was separated from the main house to prevent the heat of cooking from rising into the living quarters. At the Poe House, the kitchen is on the far side of the covered back porch, allowing easy access during inclement weather. 'The ramp is a modern addition built to make the house museum ADA compliant. HSfS
Mr. Bluebird with another example of the variety of food he brought home. Junior ate insects, worms, grubs, spiders and larvae of all kinds. Mr. Bluebird was a good provider and interesting to watch. I do appreciate your visits, faves and comments.
There's a rule, I think. You get what you want in life, but not your second choice too.

Though it may be a bit of heresy to admit that I don't drink coffee I was amazed when I saw all of the choices available while looking for ways to meet this week's Crazy Tuesday challenge, "coffee or tea. This is just one section of three at my local neighborhood grocery. I found the offering from the Death Wish Coffee Co. interesting. Happy Crazy Tuesday!

It is now 12 weeks since I last smoked and I should have stopped years ago, of course, but part of the evil grip of nicotine is that it feels like an impossible task if your heart is not 100% in it.
In other news - I have just received my blue envelope from the NHS inviting me for my first dose of Covid-19 vaccine in a few days time. As I am so far outside of the age range for the current tranche it confirms to me that I was definitely right to self-shield during this pandemic as I am absolutely in the clinically vulnerable group. It will be a relief to get that first dose, of course, but the road ahead will still be long and cautious. Stay safe everyone!
In 5 minutes time the door on the left will open inwards, revealing nothing but darkness. 5 minutes later, the door on the right will open to reveal an array of random competing images, accompanied by a cacophony of noise that becomes unbearable. A brass key falls from above onto the stone floor. You know it's the key to the door in the middle and you want to pick it up, but you can't move.
