The sign read that Morimoto was coming on Monday as a guest chef. Unfair.
Followed up with Alex how the Morimoto thing went. He said, "Mostly, he's just slicing fish. Can't wait to eat the tuna pizza, however."
Marcus Samuelsson is due the following Thursday. So so unfair.
Chef Carlos Rodriguez and his team from Vic & Anthony's welcomed the students from Carnegie Vanguard High School to Landry's Inc. test kitchen. Chef Carlos demonstrated different cooking techniques with organic vegetables, and he invited Felix from Black Hill Meats in to show them how a hog is butchered.
