My LE Gaston 17'' doll at the checkout counter. Taken with flash, to minimize reflections.
I went to my local Disney Store to get the three pre-ordered BatB LE 17'' dolls this morning. I got there at 9 am, and was third in line. I saw no need to get there extra early, since there were no "surprise" releases today. But I did want to be close to the head of the line for the dolls, to get the best pickings. At about 9:50 am a CM came out and asked who was getting which dolls, so they knew how many dolls to bring out. Then they started bring out the dolls, some with tissue paper still wrapped around them. They removed the tissue and stacked them up behind the registers. After a short opening ceremony, we went to the registers in the order that we were lined up. There were about 8 or 10 people there, only about half of the group that pre-ordered the doll a month and a half ago.
The CM put my three dolls on the counter. I saw that Belle's box was creased in the left front, so I asked for another. The second one had a perfect box. I inspected all the dolls and then paid for them. I also got the BatB Blu-ray release, but didn't use the $10 coupon. Surprisingly, they let me keep all the voucher cards, which is a change from their previous policy. I took a few photos of the dolls, and then went home to drop my goods off.
Then I went to a second local Disney Store, to get my second pre-ordered Belle doll. I went home to drop the doll off, then go off to enter the raffle for the Designer Belle and Gaston set.
I took quick photos of my dolls at the stores, but will post more detailed photos later today.

Chalk this one up to being yet another site that is very "Apple-like"
in nature. I like the overall design, the buttons and link graphics,
as well as the list of features, but I see a little room for
improvement here as well.

checkout the moon drifting across the sky as the sun goes down.just playing about with some of the setting and features on the hero 5 .this is the time-lapse video setting, but there is also a time-lapse photo one to.
Store will be closing later this year.

Funny to see that this location is offering self checkout with the Project Impact sign for it, but that is likely because self checkout is a new addition to this store.

Inside the Neil Armstrong Operations and Checkout Building high bay at Kennedy Space Center, NASA’s iconic “worm” logo and European Space Agency (ESA) logo have been added to the aft wall of Orion’s crew module adapter ahead of NASA’s Artemis I mission. Originally created by the firm of Danne & Blackburn, the “worm” logo’s bold, sleek design was officially introduced in 1975 and was incorporated into many of the agency’s next-generation programs. It was retired in 1992, but has made a comeback in 2020 as the agency ushers in a new, modern era of human spaceflight. The Orion spacecraft is being prepared for installation of the solar array wings on Sept. 23, 2020. The first in a series of increasingly complex missions, Artemis I will test the Orion spacecraft and Space Launch System as an integrated system ahead of crewed flights to the Moon. Under the Artemis program, NASA will land the first woman and the next man on the Moon by 2024.
More of the checkout area; it should be noted Acme's sister Star Market used a variant of this decor in the early 90s (with different text and no checkerboarding in the arches).

As you may know, recently this store used to have two self checkout stations, one on each side of the regular checkouts, and recently they put them together on the left side. Well now, they are adding a new THIRD self checkout on the right side of the checkouts, giving this store a total of 21 self checkout lanes. 18 up front, and 3 in front of the cafe. Taking after Southaven Walmart I see.
This store was opened as a Kmart prototype in 1992. In 2000 Kmart built a 50,000 square foot expansion onto the back of the store and converted it to a Super Kmart. This store is currently the only conversion of a early 1990s build Kmart to a Supercenter that is still intact. This is also the only Super Kmart currently at a mall, in fact the Super Kmart in Caguas, Puerto Rico should have been the only other mall location ever.
