Coin Flowers with loose change from around the world

First shot of 2008. So lazy today.

The new buildings right across from where I live, had some scratches in the windows (occurred during construction), so this was changing "almost new" to "brand new". The crane operator, Emil, was kind to let me follow his work for an hour...

Try changing the color with your photos!!

Every year I find the shiny stroms are getting worse. More floods and bigger winds. I think the sea will come inland and theres no stopping it as more don't care then the ones that do care :(

I love going to the see the sea, but I don't want it in my living room :(

I think that climate change activist make people care less about climate change as the activist tell everyone off even the ones who are fighting for climate change. I know this as I know a scientist in RL = real life who has told me this.

Note : Climate change is the significant variation of average weather conditions becoming, for example, warmer, wetter, or drier—over several decades or longer. It is the longer-term trend that differentiates climate change from natural weather variability.

I don't really like how I edited this, but I guess it's okay.

The polaroid is from when my house was first built, which was from about fifteen years ago (I'm guessing). As you can see, most of the trees are dead, the color of the grass has changed, and a couple of trees have grown. It was interesting seeing the differences from then and now.

I can only drive up to 7.5t but i am serously thinking of changoing my career.Again seen at the Gaydon retro truck show on 15/09/13, was PBC Commercials D10PBC a Daf 3600 ATI Spacecab

For months he taught us, stiff-faced.

His old tweed jacket closely buttoned up,

his gestures careful and deliberate.

We didn't understand what he was teaching us.

It was as if a veil, a gauzy bandage, got between

what he was showing us and what we thought we saw.

He had the air of a gardener, fussily protective

of young seedlings, but we couldn't tell

if he was hiding something or we simply couldn't see it.

At first we noticed there were often scraps of leaves

on the floor where he had stood. Later, thin whisps

of thread like spider's web fell from his jacket.

Finally we grew to understand the work. And on that day

he opened his jacket, which to our surprise

seemed lined with patterned fabric of many shimmering hues.

Then he smiled and sighed. And with this movement

the lining rippled and instantly the room was filled

with a flickering storm of swirling butterflies.

Day 321 (v 7.0) - we've all changed

“My mother said I should have a 'change of scenery.' The word scenery made be think of a play. And as we were driving around, it made sense that way. Because no matter how much the scenery changed, we were still on the same stage.”

― David Levithan, Every You, Every Me

Two words a firefighter doesn't want to hear. Whether it's 3AM with a broken apparatus marooned on the highway, changing back into your frontline, or when your field mechanic says to you, "I did all I can do,you have to change over". It almost always causes heartburn with some firefighters. For me, it's just a part of life. Yesterday was our short straw day. Thousands of feet of hose, and all of the equipment must be switched to the replacement fire engine. A tedious process at best, a few hours of hard work and we're back in service.

Guess who change her clothes for a cool Photo Shoot??? :D

Oh Lala Guess who has sexy underwear??? Lol

Powers:

Sand bending & creating hazardous dry storms

able to retreat & hide in the the sand & stone in perfect stealth

Bomonga spent his matoran days as a builder, carving and often finding treasure and ore he would use in forging stronger better weapons & armor for himself, his fellow villages and other villages in need. he took his duty very seriously and with pride, like Hafu and a few other hard working matoran of each tribe, some helping him set up shop. often he would go adventuring away from his shop and village, finding more and new material to work with, trade & make repairs if needed, if he found a favorite dig-site or some place that was worth his time, he would honor it with a statue of his image or a highlight of the surrounding area. Bomonga's life would change one day, new doors would open, his skills great as they are would improve greatly with new ability's and powers, the Stone Artist matoran would face his destiny when he unearthed a strange stone he only heard from stories long past, a mysterious stone radiating with power, glowing from the cracks hidden under rock, most likely forgotten by the makuta or piraka, Bomonga reached for the stone, it glowed intensely before it faded and absorb into his hand, it continued as it flowed up his arm and through his whole body as it grew and transformed into a new and stronger generation of Toa.

“Nature gives to every time and season some beauties of its own; and from morning to night, as from the cradle to the grave, it is but a succession of changes so gentle and easy that we can scarcely mark their progress.”

We can finally say that the "great recession" has effected us all.

After a nice and sunny walk on the Cami de Cavalls from Punta Prima to Mahon, the weather changed dramatically when we reached Cala Corb.

Change, a scary thing. To think how much has changed over the last year.

Life happens fast.

Pregnant, married, dog, new job, baby. Stress and lack of sleep, my new reality. Things that were once easily accomplished, my old normal, now pose new and unforeseen challenges.

Though, a new normal is waiting. New adventures loom over the horizon.

Jennifer and I have made this trip and gazed over these shores countless times. But never as husband and wife. Never as parents. Never as a family.

It may have been the first time Sage and Han Solo have camped or seen Lake Superior, but it also felt like ours. And like the last year, it was a bit scary, challenging, stressful and exhausting. But it was fucking beautiful, and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

21/12/2016 6°C in Home Gym, but training heats one up fast ! But I've never been so tired in my life...... In this photo I had changed plates( from one set to the next) on each dumbell, by 0.25kg ............... Managed just over 2/3 of the normal chest workout ultimately.

We gotta make a change...

It's time for us as a people to start makin' some changes.

Let's change the way we eat, let's change the way we live

and let's change the way we treat each other.

Change is never easy....but I am welcoming major change this month. Many of you know that I've been in the Antique business for about 18 years. I'm leaving Pink Salvage at the end of this month and going back to my old stomping grounds, Vintage Rabbit....where I was for many many years. Lots of physical challenges ahead this month, but who said change was easy? Here's to a great week ahead and lovely July for everyone~
