When one bull moose challenges another bull for supremacy....both bulls go through a ritual where they stiffen their legs and rub their antlers on the ground in preparation for the battle. It was fascinating to watch recently near the Gros Ventre River in Grand Teton National Park.
Saturday Self Challenge- Milk
I don't drink dairy milk, haven't for many years. The lactose or sugars in cow's milk isn't easy to digest for some, so I went with plant based milk and have been very happy with it. www.medicinenet.com/is_coconut_milk_good_for_weight_loss/...

One of the biggest challenges of shooting film is that there are too many things that could go wrong during the shooting process. On the other hand, it actually makes you become more discipline before hitting the shutter. When you have a scene like this, you only have a small time window to capture it before the light and colors start to fade away. I have decided to go back to film because I didn't take photography seriously in the past. Only until I picked up my first DSLR in the late 2005, had I become more serious. The chemicals and the emulsion involved are fascinating to me. But I understand the underlying challenges and I am willing to accept them for my new journey.

While everybody else was bothering having tea, Alexandra decided to stroll around. In a secret hidden corner of the gardens she discovered the carnivorous plants section, Huge carnivorous plants. They were standing there, cute, lonely and very very hungry, the poor things. The sensitive girl couldn't stand to see them suffering...She decided to feed them. With her rivals....

Tell me about it. I had to stop halfway up and take off my wind jacket, but then again I stopped for photos all the time, as one does.

OK.... after you've taken the picture at the club... head back to the tavern.... say goodbye to Glenda then head outside.... turn right and head towards the dragon fountain... turn right at the dragon fountain and head thru the large stone gate with the yellow banners... as you exit the other side of the gate you will be crossing into the Avilion (Heart) sim...
You may or may not run into citizens of Avilion here... if you do please be polite. These are good people and usually very nice. Cross over the bridge (being careful of the pixie that will be following you across) and follow the trail a short distance to the drum circle...
This has been one of my favorite places at Avilion from my early days as a newb to present...
To get a credit for this final part of the challenge either sit by the fire or play one of the elven drums, or dance, or whatever else you want to do there... but take a picture of yourself at the circle...
One you are finished with the challenge do what you need to do with the pictures then load them up to flickr... then be sure to post them to The Pirate Challenges Group: www.flickr.com/groups/1480805@N22

Challenge #163: Season
Turkey is usually prepared to celebrate a certain "season" of the year, often served for Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's Dinner. This turkey was moist and delicious. I'm taking lessons from Wendi because her turkey is the best I’ve ever tasted.
My younger son gave this to me on Fathers' Day in 2003. It is a magnetic ball with steel jigsaw pieces which fit on it. The land is lightly etched on them. The puzzle sits on the little stand. It was quite some time before I had the courage to take the pieces off and put them back on again.
The Challenge Friday group has chosen Puzzle for Week 28.
Gotta love photo challenges. My twin and I are embarking on a fun game with friends. Build a back drop, everyone takes a picture, and we all work together to grow our photo editing skills.
Hope everyone is having a great day!
